 This spacious house is located on Lieutenant's Island and is surrounded by trees and lavender. The house has three levels which allows privacy for all family members. The upper floor has a large, airy living room and offers tree-lined views of bay and marshes. Off the living room is a tree-top deck which is shaded in the afternoon and perfect for relaxation after a day in the sun.

The house is within easy walking distance to all the island's beaches--and is only a short drive to ocean beaches. It is a short ride to the Bike Trail.

1st floor: Bed-sitting room with full bath. It offers twin beds, a private bath and a cozy sitting area around a gas fireplace.

2nd floor: Dining-sitting area with a wood-burning stove. The deck is perfect for pleasant summer dining. Well-equipped kitchen screened from dining area by a half-wall. Two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, has a slider opening out onto the deck. The other has twin beds.

3rd floor: The large living room,located on the third floor, has a south-facing bay window with views of the bay and marsh. Two sliders connect it to the tree-top deck. The LR has a gas fireplace.

Please note: The house has a two-story spiral staircase which could be hazardous to young children.

Amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, telephone, TV, VCR, ceiling fans, charcoal grill, picnic table, enclosed outdoor shower w/ hot water

Beach: 5-10 min to island beaches; 10 min drive to ocean beaches

Restrictions: Max 6; no pets, non-smokers
