| Entry foyer is a spacious enclosed sunporch with rocking chairs, etc. First floor consists of large living room with multiple sofas and tv, dining room, main kitchen, mini-kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave), laundry room with washer dryer and one half bath, two full bathrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds.

2nd floor:

There are five bathrooms. Two large bedrooms in the front (ocean side) of house have queen beds w/one having private bath. There are two bedrooms in the middle of house, one has king bed w/private bath while cozy (ie, small) bedroom has a double bed w/private bath. Large bedroom in back of house has double bed w/private bath. Large sundeck spans entire front of the house.

Basement area is locked and not available to guests. Paved parking area readily accomodates 6 vehicles. There is little or no yard with the property although there are multiple public parks and beaches within a short walk.

The home is fully furnished. Main kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron, ironing board, while the secondary kitchen has an additional refrigerator, sink, and microwave. There are 2 TV's, 1 VCR, a CD player -radio, and gas BBQ grill.
