This is a family vacation home used year 'round and owned by two brothers and a sister on land purchased by their grandparents in 1918. It is located on the south shore of Wings Neck, and is approximately six miles south and west from the Bourne Bridge. Five to ten minute walks take people to neighborhood tennis courts and a swimming/boating beach. Quiet roads are great for walking, jogging, and short bicycling rides. Protected waters behind Bassett’s Island are suitable for kayaking. The water front is approximately 250 feet down a private path to a rocky shore facing outer Pocasset Harbor and Scraggy Neck. On clear days from the third floor, Woods Hole and the Elizabeth Islands can be seen past Cleveland’s Ledge Light thirty miles southwest on Buzzard’s Bay.

1st floor:
| The first floor is largely open space for living, dining, kitchen, and foyer/stairwell areas. Large windows have water views. There is a full bath with shower stall, sink, and toilet, and a small study off the open space. Kitchen space has enclosed pantry and laundry washer dryer area. There are open decks east and west with southerly water views.

2nd floor:
| Second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath with tub. Two bedrooms, 150 SF each, have windows on three sides including water view. Third bedroom is 115 SF with water view only. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Wardrobe units function as closets.

3rd floor:
| Third floor has one room and a balcony overlooking the water front and Buzzard’s Bay. A rollout bed lets this space function as a fourth bedroom.
