THE BREEZES, a shingled gray-trimmed house with multiple els in the usual Nantucket style, was built in 1998 in a quiet section of Siasconset, 7 miles from Nantucket town. The home overlooks conservation land and is sited to capture the sunset, ocean and Sankaty Lighthouse. It is a 5-minute walk to the village, tennis courts and beach. A public golf course is within sight.
The house can sleep 10 people. It was built for families and can easily accommodate 2 families.

1st floor:
| The first floor is essentially a "great room" with a modern kitchen (with Fiesta
dishes and lobster pot) and screened dining room/porch combination. There is a guest bedroom with full bath (wheelchair accessible shower); mudroom w/half bath and washer/dryer; and library (TV, computer, reading room). There is also a covered porch and large deck in the back of the house.

2nd floor:

The second floor has a master bedroom w/deck and full private bath. The view from the deck is all the way to Nantucket town. In addition, there are three bedrooms, all large enough for twin beds, and a shared full bath.

There is a very large and private yard with a hammock, outdoor eating table/chairs and barbeque grill. There is a garage with beach chairs, etc.
Towels, including beach towels, and linens are included.
