1st floor:	Living Room 16x27 foot with 12 feet of glass on bay side. Master Bedroom (small bedroom, double bed). Dining area with water view, seating for six. Kitchen, 17 foot long galley style faces the water. Deluxe limestone bathroom with large all glass shower. Master spa bathroom with soaking tub (19 - 23 inches deep). Two connected outside decks (south and west).
2nd floor:	Balcony, open loft area. Bedroom #2 (small bedroom, double bed). Bedroom #3 (small bedroom, two twin beds). Outside upper waterfront deck.
