1st floor:	From the Jacuzzi Spa deck with hot outdoor shower enter the cozy sunroom which is separated from the modern, fully equipped kitchen by a Breakfast Bar. This room has its own Bose Surround sound system, 100+ CD's and a 27" TV. The remaining tastefully decorated rooms include a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and full bathroom w/Tub. This house is just pure Easy Living with beautiful and cheery open space bathed with sunlight and a great view from every window.
2nd floor:	Each of the two bedrooms on this floor has panoramic views of the Audubon lands and Billingsgate Island in Cape Cod Bay. Includes: 1 Air Conditioned beautifully decorated pillow top queen size bedroom with a corner gas fireplace surrounded by two comfy rocking chairs. 1 cheery bedroom with a double bed and its own CD sound system. 1 full bath w/shower
Lower Level:	Fully finished, has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 Half bath. This level is fully air-conditioned. Desk area w/ Free Broadband Internet & wireless network throughout home. (Need your own computer) A home theatre/family room w/projection digital cable TV and supply of DVD’s. Bose surround sound system. The perfect hideaway for the kids on those rain days.
Amenities:	Electronic weather station with tide clock, 3 Portable phones, Washer/Dryer, microwave, 2 Bose Surround Sound Systems w/DVD, VCR, CD, Iron and ironing board, compliment of spices and basics- Lower deck with close view of the Marsh and Creek- A mid deck w/Jacuzzi Spa, Patio Table w/Umbrella and Hot Enclosed Shower- Main deck with an electric retractable awning, built in gas grill, Outdoor Speakers- The Oasis that includes a fish pond w/waterfall, hammock in the shade, a chiminea (Mexican fireplace) and dining area with umbrella. Linens are provided. Flower gardens abound, feel free to cut.
Beach:	We just walk down the stairs and swim in the creek every day, it's delightful. 1 mile to Sunken Meadow and 3 miles to Nauset Light
